Celebrate with All-American Sliders

This recipe is RAD!  Cook for a crowd with our quick and easy 4-step approach to making All-American sliders. Your kids will have a blast grating onion, measuring seasoning, mixing meat and gobbling up their delicious creation!

All-American Sliders

Ingredients:

2 lbs lean ground beef
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 small onion, grated
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 package Kings-Hawaiian Rolls
6 slices American cheese
Dill pickle slices
Ketchup

Steps for Rad-Kids:

1. Preheat oven to 400° F
2. Combine beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire in a large bowl. Press mixture into a 13x9 baking dish.  Bake for 30 minutes.
3. Remove meat from oven and drain fat. (Don't worry - it will have shrunk in size! The meat will fit perfectly onto the buns.) Top with cheese and bake 2 minutes more until melted.
4.  Slice rolls in half. Set meat on top of the bottom bun.  Garnish each burger square with ketchup and pickle. Stack second half of rolls on top. Cut into squares. TASTE & SHARE!
