Gluten Free Substitutions
- Use gluten free flour such as King Arthur Flour’s Measure For Measure
- Use dairy free milk such as coconut, almond, cashew or pea protein
- Use dairy free butter such as Earth Balance
- Use 1 flax eggs
- (1) Combine 1 Tbsp finely ground flaxseed meal with 2.5 Tbsp water
- (2) Let rest 5 minutes to thicken
